While I had planned on posting regularly at the end of the month. This month I'm making a very early month post in light of new information that has come to light. I hope that everyone will have the opportunity to visit The Huffington Post to read an article by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. uncovering proof that the CDC played a key role in conspiring to keep thimerosal in childhood vaccines. This evidence shows that a major vaccine manufacturer (Smith Kline) had planned to remove all thimerosal from their vaccines by the year 2000. The CDC discouraged this plan and as a result thousands of children continued to be poisoned. As the parents of a child who has been poisoned by the mercury in the vaccines he received (including vaccines manufactured by Smith Kline), this evidence is not only frustrating but infuriating! At the least these actions are unethical, at the worst they are illegal (knowingly and intentionally poisoning millions of children by encouraging pharmaceutical companies to keep thimerosal in their vaccines while publicly pretending to be recommending that thimerosal be removed). Our child never had to be injured, he never had to lose precious years of his childhood, he never had to suffer the pain of mercury poisoning and the treatment for mercury poisoning. We never had to lose our child or work so hard to get him back. Had an individual stranger broke into the safety of our home and harmed our child justice would be available. Our hope is for a full and appropriate Senate Investigation into these acts and those individuals and agencies responsible for harming our (all of our) children.
